Product availability

Although we will endeavour to supply you with the item requested, sometimes we may be unable to fulfil an order. In this instance, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity. Product images shown on the website may occasionally differ from the respective product names and descriptions, due to the nature of the fabric and embroidery as each piece is hand made by a different artisan and also computer technology can show variant colours.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. Delivery charges are specified below;

Post and Packing charges (per order)

United Kingdom: £3.75

European EEC Countries: £8.00

USA & Rest of world: £8.00

Estimated delivery time in the UK will be 2-3 working days and 3-5 days outside UK.

All products include VAT.

We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Price

The prices quoted throughout our website are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter our prices at anytime.

Payment

We accept all major credi/debit cards

Paypal processes all credit/debit card payments and their terms and conditions form an integral part of our terms and conditions. You do not have to have a paypal account to place your order.

Privacy policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998. The information that we collect about you will only help us to provide the best possible service to you and to process your order in the most efficient manner. We will not disclose your private information to any third parties without your consent.

Order Cancellation

Once www.bollywoodcouture.co.uk has accepted an order from you and you wish to withdraw from the contract you may do so within 2 working days of our acceptance. If you have already received the goods and they are still unwanted you have to send them back to us within 5 days of delivery and the goods should be returned in the same condition as they were supplied to you and the monies paid by you for the goods will be reimbursed to you.

Return / Refund Policy

Items that are not suitable or defective may be returned for refund or exchange providing they are received within 14 days of the original delivery date in brand new unused condition (unworn and unwashed) with the swing ticket attached, in the original undamaged packaging. We hold a very small amount of stock at any given time so unwanted goods should be returned as soon as possible.
While sending your goods please obtain a free proof of posting certificate so that we can complete your request in the event that the goods are lost in transit.

If you would like an exchange or a refund

Upon receipt of your return , your request will be processed for either refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases it could take upto 28 days so we would be grateful if you could bear with us. If it is a refund it can only be credited back to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase.
